Hello! am Physiotherapist who works with musicians. I can also be spotted singing alto in choirs, in Cambridge where I live.
I want to use this Grade2athon to help raise money for, and awareness about, the absolutely fantastic Orchestras For All.
Orchestras for All (OFA) is a National Youth Music Organisation that exists to create inclusive group music-making opportunities for young people who would otherwise be excluded. Over the past 10 years, OFA has developed three innovative programmes to break down significant barriers to orchestral music making for young people in the UK. They know that music making boosts young people’s skills and enriches their lives forever. That’s why they wholeheartedly believe that orchestras are FOR ALL.
It is the best reason I can think of to hug the Double Bass, and re-visit the Bass Clef. Please sponsor me and support Orchestras For All who quite simply, are doing it right!
